The majority of personal injury claims are settled without having to go all the way to a Court trial. However, there is a very minimal risk that your case would go all the way to trial. In our experience less that 3% of cases actually go to Court. |

This is a very difficult question to answer as it depends on each individual case. If you have more minor injuries, which resolve very quickly, your case is likely to take less time than someone who has major injuries and takes months or even years to recover. As a guideline, a straight forward whiplash injury claim with a fully recovery, may take 4 months to conclude.
