As long as you cooperate with us, the answer is NO! You won’t have to pay a penny. Here’s why… We fund our personal injury claims on a “no win no fee” agreement basis, which is also known as a Conditional Fee Agreement. This means we only get paid if we win your case. If you win, the losing party will pay our costs and if we unfortunately lose, our costs are written off, so you won’t have to pay them. As your case progresses we will need to pay for medical records, reports and various other items along the way. You will not have to pay for these as we will pay for them. If your claim is successful, the losing party will pay us back. We don’t want you to have to pay for these if you lose, so we will make sure we put an insurance policy in place which will pay for these items if you lose. If you have not got any Legal Expenses Insurance, under your motorcycle insurance policy, we can arrange a separate insurance policy for you. This will be paid for by the losing party if you win, or the cost of it will be written off if you lose. The bottom line is, as long as you cooperate with us during your claim, whether you win or whether you lose, you will not have to pay anything out of your own pocket or out of your compensation. |
